2021 University and Schools Payload Challenge
Formal Notice of Postponement
It is with regret that we have to announce the postponement of this year’s Payload Challenge competition scheduled to take place in June at the BMFA National Centre for Model Flying.
Restrictions in respect of the Corona virus situation remain in place with educational establishments still closed preventing teams from developing viable aircraft. It is also likely that travel restrictions will remain in place for some time.
On this basis the aim is to carry over the Challenge to 2022 using the same rules set.
We thank you for your support and interest in the BMFA Payload Challenge and look forward to receiving entries for 2022. Please monitor the BMFA and Payload Challenge websites for further information and updates.
